Rattan core weighs between 0.20 and 0.25 kg. Rattan core is suitable for weaving small and medium-sized baskets and home accessories, as well as for decorative and arrangement purposes. After bleaching, the rattan core becomes softer and more flexible than the natural one. The rods may be frayed. Bleached rattan core is made in AB quality. Do not store rattan core in light. When stored properly, it can be kept for more than 5 years. Rattan core is a natural material, and therefore it is impossible to achieve 100 % quality. Even though we carry out annual quality inspections and work with the manufacturer to improve every step of production, packaging, storage, and transport, it is not possible to completely prevent defective rods from appearing among quality material. If the vine touches the ground in some places, the rattan core may break at those points.
