A few more words about the pedigree. Pedig is a natural porous material through which the dough "breathes" better. After rising in the baking pan, the dough turns out and keeps its shape, including copying the individual rods of the pan as we know it. If the customer wishes other sizes of the classic shape of baker's racks, we are able to produce them, provided that a specified minimum quantity is taken.
