Baskets can be used only for proofing bread dough, never for baking bread in high temperatures! Our bakery baskets are healthy safe, proofed by the certificate issued by ITC Zlin (Institute for certification and measurement), which entitles us to export our bread baskets to other countries. This certificate is valid for three years, resp.every three years is the certificate renewed. Each bread proofing basket is handmade in The Czech Republic. Made of natural rattan core.

Material: rattan core.
Color: natural.
Let dry and clean with rice root brush. Store in dry place. Before use, dust with flour. Do not use directly for baking, it is intended for proofing. The product meets the requirements for contact with food.
